About Us

Green Professionals was born out of hard times. It was founded when the owner had undergone a traumatic life event and decided staying home with her four children and making the business work during off-business hours was more beneficial than getting a full time job. 

With persistence Green Professionals was willed into existence.  Her first building to clean came from a friend’s business, and she worked it with her own personal equipment from home and some sweat equity.  

After that she knocked on the door of most businesses in town, honing her elevator pitch but more importantly listening to business owners and their needs.

She discovered that the few cleaning companies in town were doing a great job at first... but due to the caliber of employees and not having systems and processes in place to maintain quality control, their standards quickly deteriorated.

She discovered Businesses were frustrated with the lack of consistency and quality. It became her goal to figure out the problems associated with the janitorial industry and find ways to fix them. 

The company group by luck, tenacity, and meticulous attention to the details.  Many of the new employees ended up being moms who also needed the flexibility of schedule this company afforded, and thus a team of women  (and a few men) began the Green Professionals journey.  

We have developed a beautiful relationships with the business as we work with, and truly believe our role is to help businesses put their best foot forward. We are a company dedicated to:

1. Our employees first. We love who we hire. We trust them. If we didn’t, they would not be on our team. Having good people is the capstone to our success. 

2.  Providing an exceptional clean, every time. We don’t operate with contracts, because we believe that if you like our service, you will keep us. If you don’t, you should find a better fit. 

3. Our world. We strive to make the world a better place by creating a company that is ethical, generous, and honest, both to people and to our planet.

4. There will always be a woman of integrity leading Green Professionals because professionalism and traditions are important.  We aren't against men, but women are better at noticing the details. In this business details are everything.
